摘　　要：后勤部门负责机关内部资源的配置和管理工作,是极易滋生、潜伏和引发风险的重点领域,其风险防控水平直接影响单位运转质量和效率。本文以吉林省人民银行系统为例,从阐述后勤领域风险特点和表现形式入手,重点分析当前风险防控工作中存在的主要问题,提出相应对策建议,为基层央行后勤领域开展风险防范管理工作提供借鉴。The logistics department is responsible for the allocation and management of the internal resources of the agency. It is a key area that is extremely easy to breed, latent and cause risks. Its risk prevention and control level directly affects the quality and efficiency of the unit’s operation. This article takes the Jilin Province People’s Bank system as an example. It starts with explaining the characteristics and manifestations of risks in the logistics field, focusing on analyzing the main problems existing in the current risk prevention and control work, and putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide the grassroots central bank’s risk prevention management work in the logistics field.
