东北冰雪运动产业发展的文化生态阐释:内涵、困境与方略

摘　　要：为发挥东北地区冰雪运动的特色和优势,传扬中国冰雪精神,推动东北依托冰雪行业的发展崛起,主要运用文献资料法和比较分析法等,从文化生态角度探讨冰雪运动及发展,探寻激活东北冰雪运动产业发展生命的策略。研究认为:东北冰雪运动产业在自然资源、民俗特色、产业根基方面的发展优势决定了其必将进入中华民族的记忆中,而在源发性动力、地区发展协调性、产业发展空间缩小等方面的问题也使东北冰雪运动产业持续发展面临巨大挑战。据此提出破解东北冰雪运动产业发展困境的方略:从冰雪运动文化建设、大众冰雪运动普及、产业结构升级3个维度,探寻实现我国传统冰雪运动“创造性转化、创新性发展”的实践路径。In order to give full play to the characteristics and advantages of ice and snow sports in Northeast China,spread the Chinese spirit of ice and snow,and promote the development and rise of ice and snow industry in Northeast China,this paper discusses the ice and snow sports and its development from the perspective of cultural ecology and explores the strategies to activate the development of ice and snow sports industry in Northeast China by using the method of literature review and comparative analysis.The research shows that the development advantages of northeast ice and snow sports industry in natural resources,folk characteristics and industrial foundation determine that it will enter the memory of the Chinese nation,and the problems in the source power,regional development coordination,industrial development space shrinking and other aspects also make the sustainable development of the ice and snow sports industry in the northeast facing great challenges.Based on this,this paper puts forward the strategies to solve the development dilemma of the ice and snow sports industry in Northeast China from three dimensions,namely,the cultural construction of ice and snow sports,the popularization of mass ice and snow sports,and the upgrading of industrial structure.It tries to explore the practical path to realize the“creative transformation and innovative development”of China’s traditional ice and snow sports.
