摘 要:针对胜利油田二元复合驱采出液,在实验室合成了含阳离子单体的聚甲基丙烯酸聚醚,制备了采出液油水分离剂RPYSF-1,并在中国石化胜利油田分公司孤岛采油厂孤四联合站进行了现场工业试验。结果表明,试验期间总加药量(w)从试验前的78.2μg g降至小于50μg g,外输油含水量(w)不大于1.2%,污水中油质量浓度不大于39 mg L,达到预期目标。To solve the oil-water separation problem of produced fluid by surfactant-polymer binary flooding in SINOPEC Shengli Oilfield,polymethacrylic acid polyether containing cationic monomer was synthesized in the laboratory,and the oil-water separating agent RPYSF-1 for the produced fluid was then prepared.The field tests were carried out in Gusi United Station of Gudao Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield Branch of SINOPEC.The results showed that the total agent dosage decreased from 78.2μg g before the test to less than 50μg g,the water content(w)of the oil transmission was no more than 1.2%,and the mass concentration of oil in sewage was no more than 39 mg L,reaching the expected targets.
