腹腔化疗港在胃癌腹膜转移患者中的应用和护理

摘　　要：目的总结胃癌腹膜转移患者植入化疗港行腹腔化疗的护理经验。方法收集中山大学附属第一医院胃肠外科中心2018年1月至2020年1月病理诊断为腺癌,经腹腔镜或开腹手术发现腹膜种植转移并腹水细胞学检测的腹水阳性胃癌患者行腹腔化疗港植入的资料,总结腹腔植入化疗港行腹腔化疗的护理方法。结果共有38例患者行腹腔化疗港的植入,术后1例切口感染,1例化疗港扭转,1例因体重增加无法定位,所有患者共完成100人次注射,人均完成2.63次腹腔化疗。结论规范性的腹腔化疗港护理能够提高患者的生存质量。Objective This paper summarizes the nursing experience of patients with peritoneal metastatic of gastric cancer implanted with the port of chemotherapy.Methods The data of pathologically confirmed adenocarcinoma from the Gastroenterological Surgery Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January 2018 to January 2020 were collected.Ascites cytology showed positive results for patients with gastric cancer who underwent abdominal cavity chemotherapy port implantation.The nursing methods of intraperitoneal chemotherapy for abdominal cavity implantation port were summarized.Results A total of 38 patients underwent the intraperitoneal chemotherapy port implantation.One patient appeared incision infection,one patient had a chemotherapy port reversal,and one patient could not be located due to weight gain.All patients completed 100 injections,and 2.63 times of intraperitoneal chemotherapy per patient.Conclusion Standardized intraperitoneal chemotherapy port nursing can improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
