摘 要:以一定量的硝酸铕Eu(NO3)3、硝酸钆Gd(NO3)3和石墨烯作为反应原料,以乙二醇作为分散剂,利用回流反应制备了石墨烯/Gd2O3:Eu^3+复合材料,并对所合成产物的微观形貌和结构进行了分析和表征。结果表明,通过控制石墨烯与Gd2O3:Eu^3+荧光粉的反应量,可以使二者发生一定程度地复合。当加入0.015 g Gd2O3:Eu^3+荧光粉与石墨烯进行反应时,荧光粉颗粒比较均匀地分散在石墨烯片层的表面,可以得到包覆效果较好的石墨烯/Gd2O3:Eu^3+复合材料。Graphene/Gd 2O 3:Eu 3+composites were successfully synthesized via reflux reaction by using a certain amount of Eu(NO 3)3,Gd(NO 3)3,and graphene as raw materials and using ethylene glycol as dispersant.The microstructures and morphologies of the prepared composites with different addition of Gd 2O 3:Eu 3+phosphors were analyzed and characterized.Graphene surfaces coated by Gd 2O 3:Eu 3+particles were confirmed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray spectrometer(EDS).Moreover,the experimental results showed that graphene and Gd2O3:Eu^3+phosphors can deposit to a certain extent by controlling their reaction amounts.The phosphor particles dispersed uniformly on the surfaces of graphene sheets when 0.015 g Gd2O3:Eu^3+phosphors were added to react with 0.025 g graphene,and the graphene/Gd2O3:Eu^3+composites with better coating effects can be obtained finally.
