摘 要:为了提高污泥水煤浆的成浆性能和流体性能,通过正交实验考查三种不同影响因素对聚羧酸型分散剂制备的影响。研究表明,聚合时间对反应的转化率影响最大,其次为聚合温度和引发剂添加量;且所制分散剂可以有效提高污泥水煤浆的成浆浓度,其中最大增幅可达16.62%;此外污泥水煤浆均呈现剪切变稀的特性。In order to increase the slurryability and rheological behaviors of coal sludge slurry,an orthogonal experiment about the preparation of polycarboxylic acid dispersant was carried out to deeply systematic study on three different influencing factors.The results showed that polymerization time played the greatest impact on conversion rate of the reaction,the second factor was polymerization time and then the initiating agent.The dispersant can increase slurrying concentration effectively,and the highest rate of increase was 16.62%.Additionally,coal sludge slurry showed shear-shinning behaviors.
