摘 要:通过实验室小磨试验,从水泥的凝结时间和强度两个方面研究了磷石膏替代天然二水石膏的可行性。结果表明:磷石膏中P2O5的含量和掺量对水泥的凝结时间影响显著,P2O5在0.5%以下时,凝结时间与掺加天然二水石膏时基本相同,并且P2O5含量一定时,凝结时间随掺量的增加而延长。同时,磷石膏对水泥强度影响不大。在此基础上,通过调整水泥的比表面积并进行大磨生产试验验证,说明磷石膏在水泥生产中完全可以替代天然石膏。The feasibility of replacing natural dihydrate gypsum with phosphogypsum was studied from setting time and strength of cement by grinding test in laboratory.The results showed that the content of phosphogypsum and P2O5 in it had a significant effect on the setting time of cement.When P2O5 was below 0.5%,the setting time was basically the same as that of adding natural dihydrate gypsum,at the same time,the setting time was prolonged with the increase of the content of phosphogypsum while the P2O5 was constant.Meanwhile,phosphogypsum had little effect on the strength of cement.Based on that,by adjusting the specific surface area of cement and large-scale mill production,it showed that phosphogypsum can completely replace natural gypsum in cement production.
