含山银花-野菊花提取物防晒霜的初步研制

摘　　要：利用山银花-野菊花提取物来制备具有防晒作用的防晒霜。索氏回流法提取山银花醇提物,超声提取法提取野菊花醇提物,山银花-野菊花醇提物按质量分数0.5%、1%、1.5%的比例来制备不同防晒剂含量的防晒霜,通过测定吸光度来初步评定防晒霜对紫外光的吸收效果。结果表明,该霜剂质地均匀细腻、易于涂抹、性质稳定,能够有效吸收紫外线而起防晒作用。提取物加入质量为0.5%时稳定性较好,当加入质量大于0.5%时稳定性变差。The extract of the mountain honeysuckle-wild chrysanthemum was used to prepare a sunscreen with sunscreen effect.The alcohol extract of mountain honeysuckle was extracted by Soxhlet reflux method,and the ethanol extract of wild chrysanthemum was extracted by ultrasonic extraction.The alcohol extract of mountain honeysuckle and wild chrysanthemum was used to prepare sunscreens with different sunscreen content by mass fraction of 0.5%,1%,1.5%,and the initial absorption effect of sunscreen on ultraviolet light was evaluated by measuring the size of absorbance.The results showed that the cream had a uniform and delicate texture,which was easy to apply and stable in nature.It can effectively absorb ultraviolet rays and play a role in sun protection.The sunscreen prepared from the extract of the mountain honeysuckle-wild chrysanthemum had a certain sunscreen effect.When the mass of the extract was 0.5%,the stability was better,when the mass was more than 0.5%,the stability became worse.
