摘 要:高纯磷酸铜是颜色滤光玻璃的原料之一。着色元素Fe、Cr、Co、Mn、Ni的存在会使玻璃在宽广的波长范围内产生吸收,从而影响滤光玻璃的光学性能。通过建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定高纯磷酸铜中杂质元素的方法,确定了高纯磷酸铜中微量着色元素Fe、Cr、Co、Mn、Ni的检测条件,使各着色离子平均回收率为93.44%~100.32%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.06%~4.01%,本方法可准确快速测定高纯磷酸铜中着色杂质元素。High purity copper phosphate is one of the raw materials of coloring filter glass.The coloring elements Fe,Cr,Co,Mn and Ni will affecting the optical properties of filter glass.A new method for the determination of coloring impurities in high purity copper phosphate by ICP-AES was established.Testing conditions of coloring elements Fe,Cr,Co,Ni,Mn in copper phosphate were also studied.The results showed that the average recovery of coloring elements was between 93.44%and 100.32%,while relative standard deviations was between 2.06%and 4.01%.This method is accurate,easy and rapid for measuring coloring elements in copper phosphate.
