摘　　要：用先灰化、硝酸-高氯酸(4:1)常压微沸条件下消解肉苁蓉样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定肉苁蓉样品中的金属元素Mg、Ca、Zn的含量。研究了测定不同元素的仪器最佳工作条件,并做了方法准确性和精密度的考察实验。测定了灰化消解、不灰化消解两种条件下肉苁蓉样品中钙、镁、锌三种金属元素的含量,结果表明,样品灰化后测定数据值比不灰化测定的值要高。测定方法简单易行,方便快捷,结果准确。Cistanche samples were digested by pre ashing and nitric acid perchloric acid(4:1)micro boiling at atmospheric pressure,the metal elements Mg,Ca,Zn in Cistanche samples were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The optimum working conditions of the instrument for the determination of different elements were studied,and the accuracy and precision of the method were investigated.The contents of Ca,Mg,Zn in Cistanche samples were determined under the two conditions of ashing digestion and non ashing digestion.The result showed that the determined data value of the ashing sample was higher than the non ashing sample.The method is simple,convenient and accurate.
