骨疏宁口服液的薄层鉴别和含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：研究骨疏宁口服液的薄层鉴别和含量测定方法。采用TLC法对制剂中的淫羊藿、骨碎补、续断和丹参进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法同时对淫羊藿中的淫羊藿苷和骨碎补中的柚皮苷进行含量测定。结果定性鉴别斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定柚皮苷和淫羊藿苷的线性范围分别为0.1039~2.5975μg和0.1007~2.5175μg,平均回收率分别为99.78%和99.56%。定性鉴别方法专属性强,含量测定方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性及稳定性良好,可作为控制骨疏宁口服液质量的方法。TLC identification and content determination of Gushuning oral liquid were studied.The contents of icariin in Herba Epimedii and naringin in Rhizoma Drynariae were determined by HPLC.Results the qualitative identification spots were clear and the negative control had no interference.The linear ranges of naringin and icariin were 0.1039~2.5975μg and 0.1007~2.5175μg,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.78%and 99.56%,respectively.The qualitative identification method is specific,the content determination method is simple,accurate,reproducible and stable.It can be used as the quality control method of Gushuning oral liquid.
