“全民健身”视野下的足球场地设施规划与建设研究

摘　　要：足球运动受到群众的广泛喜爱,其发展得到国家极大重视,但我国足球场地设施的供给与需求之间落差明显。以南京市秦淮区为例,从足球场地的供给与需求视角,阐释其供需矛盾及背后原因。在"全民健身"视野下,将需求分为中小学教学培训、群众体育锻炼、业余运动员训练比赛,供给分为场地数量、场地质量、场地布局分表测算。通过供需双线耦合,分析供需矛盾,探究原因,提出构建层次体系、复合用地功能、共享场地设施、优化设施布局、严格执行标准等规划与建设建议。Football is widely enjoyed by the masses.And the development of football has received great attention from the state.However,the gap between the supply of field facilities and the demand of the people is obvious.Taking Qinhuai district of Nanjing as an example,the contradiction between the supply and demand of football field is explained from the perspective of the supply and demand of it.From the perspective of national fitness,the demand can be divided into teaching and training of primary and secondary schools,mass physical exercise and amateur athlete training and competition,the supply can be divided into venue quantity,quality and layout.Through the two-line coupling of supply and demand,this paper analyzes the contradiction between supply and demand,explores the reasons,and puts forward the planning and construction.Finally,suggestions such as building hierarchical system,compounding land use function,sharing facilities,optimizing facilities layout,and enforcing the standards strictly are put forward.
