摘 要:为探究混养中光棘球海胆(Strongylocentrotus nudus)对虾夷扇贝(Patinopectenyessoensis)和养殖笼中污损生物(以玻璃海鞘为指标)生长的影响,在山东省荣成市桑沟湾海域进行了不同密度虾夷扇贝与光棘球海胆的混合养殖实验。结果显示:(1)在80d实验周期内,养殖密度为8个/层混养海胆的虾夷扇贝生长指标与无海胆对照组差异越来越明显,且在实验结束时,在混养实验组中,养殖密度为8个/层虾夷扇贝的存活率、壳长和个体重分别为(90.00%±7.91%)、(69.34±4.70)mm和(39.58±4.35)g,分别是对应密度下无海胆对照组的1.09倍、1.05倍和1.15倍;(2)混养实验组中污损生物个体重分别为(26.12±3.68)g、(26.35±4.25)g、和(27.15±3.86)g,对照组污损生物分别为(197.24±8.05)g、(191.31±7.65)g和(193.57±6.41)g,差异显著。本研究表明,光棘球海胆能够显著地清除养殖笼中污损生物(P<0.05),同时虾夷扇贝养殖密度为8个/层且与海胆混养的条件下生长参数最优。To explore the effects of Strongylocentrotus nudus on the growth of Patinopectenyessoensis and the fouling organisms in culturing cages(Ciona intestinalis as an indicator),the mixed-species culture of Strongylocentrotus nudus with different densities of P.yessoensis was carried out in Sanggou Bay area,Rongcheng,Shandong Province.In a 80days experimental period,the growth indices of P.yessoensis with 8inds./layer of S.nudus were significantly different from those of the control(without S.nudus).At the end of the experiment,the survival rate,shell length and individual weight of mixedspecies culturedP.yessoensis with 8inds./layer of S.nudus were 90.00±7.91%,69.34±4.70mm and 39.58±4.35g,respectively,which were 1.09,1.05and 1.15times of the control at the corresponding culture density.The individual weights of fouling organisms in the mixed-species culture group were 26.12±3.68g,26.35±4.25g and 27.15±3.86g,respectively,while those in the control group were 197.24±8.05g,191.31±7.65g and 193.57±6.41g,respectively.The difference was significant.S.nudus can significantly remove fouling organisms from cages(P<0.05),and the growth parameters of P.yessoensis when cultured with with 8inds./layer of S.nudus were optimal.
