摘  要:藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa willd.)是一种富含营养且对多种环境具有较强适应性的新兴粮食作物,在世界各地区尤其是边境地区的农业发展中具有巨大的潜在开发应用价值.未来藜麦生产将在世界食品安全、食品营养等方面发挥重要作用,具有良好的农业生产发展前景.近年来,随着人类对藜麦认知度逐渐提升,许多科研工作者对其植物学特性、抗逆性、营养价值、遗传多样性等方面开展了广泛的研究.本文归纳综述了藜麦的国内外研究进展,以期为藜麦的培育栽培以及产业可持续发展提供参考和依据.Quinoa(Chenopodium quinoa Willd.)is an emerging food plant rich in nutrients and well adaptable to various environments.It has great potential application and development value in the agricultural development in all regions of the world,especially in border areas.In future,quinoa will play an important role in promoting world food security and food nutrition,and has a good prospect for the development of agricultural production.With the improvement of human awareness of quinoa,many researchers have carried out extensive research on its botanical characteristics,stress resistance,nutritional value,and genetic diversity.The main purpose of this article is to summarize the research progress at home and abroad,in order to provide reference and basis for the breeding and cultivation of quinoa and the sustainable development of the industry.
