摘 要:穗萌给水稻生产带来了严重危害,在杂交水稻制种时是导致种子劣变的主要因素。分析总结了种子含水量和温度、水解酶类和内源激素等影响水稻穗萌的生理生化机制,概述了与水稻穗萌密切相关的OsVP1基因、GA20氧化酶以及QTL等方面的水稻穗萌的分子机制,同时,总结了通过栽培、化学药剂以及生物技术途径防止穗萌的措施,以期为今后的研究及农业生产中对穗萌的防控提供参考。The pre-harvest sprouting has brought great harm to rice production,and it is also the main factor leading to the seed deterioration in hybrid rice production.In this paper,the authors summarized the physiological and biochemical mechanisms that affect rice pre-harvest sprouting,mainly including seed moisture and temperature,hydrolases,and endogenous hormones.The molecular mechanism was outlined through the gene OsVP1,GA20 oxidase and QTLs which are closely related to rice pre-harvest sprouting.Meanwhile,the authors summed up the measures taken to prevent and control rice pre-harvest sprouting through the methods of cultivation,chemicals and biotechnology,by which it is expected to provide a reference for the future research and the prevention and control of pre-harvest sprouting in agricultural production.
