摘　　要：福巨糯2号是由福建农林大学作物遗传改良研究所采用Co60-γ射线辐射诱变技术,从糯稻恢复系嘉糯恢2号的M2群体中获得糯性巨胚突变种质,经系谱选择育成的兼具糯性和巨胚性状的功能稻恢复系,可作为常规品种栽培,也可与巨胚不育系组配选育巨胚杂交稻组合,2017年获得农业农村部植物新品种保护办公室授权,品种权号:NA20130400.7。介绍了其选育经过、特征特性及高产栽培技术要点及作为恢复系在巨胚杂交稻配组上的应用。Fujunuo 2 is a functional rice restorer line with the characteristics of both giant embryo and waxy endosperm developed by the Institute of Crop Genetics and Improvement,Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University through pedigree selection from the mutants with giant embryo and waxy endosperm among the M2 population of Jianuohui 2,a waxy rice restorer line,irradiated by Co60γ rays.It can be used both as a conventional rice variety and a restorer line to make giant embryo rice hybrids with giant embryo male sterile lines.In 2017,it was issued the plant variety right No.NA20130400.7 by the New Plant Variety Protection Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China.In this paper,the breeding process,characteristics,high-yielding cultivation techniques and the application as a restorer line in the breeding of giant embryo hybrid rice were introduced.
