摘　　要：目的观察重庆市新型冠状病毒无症状感染者中西医结合治疗的疗效。方法柴胡甘露饮联合西药治疗46例观察其核酸转阴时间、重症转化率、肺部影像学指标。结果核酸连续两次转阴时间平均(10.65±4.15)d;重症转化率0%;肺部CT提示炎症开始吸收平均时间(5.17±2.64)d,炎症完全吸收,平均(10.17±4.24)d;治疗前,淋巴细胞均值(1.78±0.67)×10^9/L,治疗结束后,淋巴细胞均值(1.74±0.57)×10^9/L。结论柴胡甘露饮治疗新型冠状病毒无症状感染者效果明显,并且无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine on COVID-19 asymptomatic infected patients.Methods:46 cases of COVID-19 asymptomatic infected patients were treated with Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine.The time of twice nucleic acid turning negative,conversion rate of severe cases and lung imaging indexes were observed.Results:The average time of twice nucleic acid turning negative twice was(10.65±4.15)days.The severe disease conversion rate was 0%.Lung CT indicated that the mean time of inflammation absorption was(5.17±2.64)days,and the mean time of complete inflammation absorption was(10.17±4.24)days.Before treatment,the mean value of lymphocytes was(1.78±0.67)×10^9/L,and after treatment,the mean value of lymphocytes was(1.74±0.57)×10^9/L.Conclusion:In the treatment of COVID-19 asymptomatic infected patients,Chaihu Ganlu Decoction can improve the effecacy significantly,without obvious toxic and side effects.
