宫廷特色疗法对外踝关节急性软组织损伤患者肌骨超声表现的影响

摘　　要：目的比较宫廷特色疗法即纸夹板联合跌打万应膏与基础治疗配合双氯酚酸二乙胺乳胶剂外敷在外踝关节急性软组织损伤患者肌骨超声中的表现。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组采用纸夹板联合跌打万应膏治疗,对照组采用基础治疗配合双氯酚酸二乙胺乳胶剂外敷,治疗2周;观察两组患者治疗前后距腓前韧带、跟腓韧带、距腓后韧带的厚度及周围组织肿胀面积并评价疗效。结果治疗组愈显率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);治疗后两组距腓前韧带、跟腓韧带、距腓后韧的厚度及周围组织肿胀面积较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的数值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫廷特色疗法治疗外踝关节急性软组织损伤效果明显,可改善外踝关节距腓前韧带、跟腓韧带、距腓后韧带的厚度及周围组织肿胀。Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of palace special therapy of paper splint combined with DiedaWanying Ointment versus basic treatment combined with diclofenac diethylamine emulsion on acute soft tissue injury of lateral ankle joint by musculoskeletal ultrasound.Methods:A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with paper splint combined with DiedaWanying Ointment,and the control group was treated with basic treatment combined with diclofenac diethylamine emulsion.After 2 weeks of treatment,the thickness of anterior talofibular ligament,calcaneofibular ligament and posterior talofibular ligament,as well as the swelling area of surrounding tissues were observed,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%after the course of treatment,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the thickness of the anterior talofibular ligament,calcaneofibular ligament and posterior talofibular ligament,as well as the swelling area of surrounding tissues in the two groups were all reduced(P<0.05),and the values in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The palace special therapy can improve the thickness and surrounding tissue swelling of the anterior talofibular ligament,calcaneofibular ligament and posterior talofibular ligament in lateral ankle joint.
