摘　　要：颅内静脉系统血栓形成(CVT)作为一种特殊类型的脑血管病,近年来随着诊断技术的不断提高,对其报告的发病率也有所上升。本病发病形式多样,临床症状表现复杂、多样、无特异性。中医学对本病缺乏统一的认识,没有明确提出中医病名,中医古代文献中也没有本病的明确记载。笔者对CVT的症状和体征进行分析,结合古代医籍、现代文献和本病临床研究的相关文献,根据中医学常以症状或体征命名疾病的原则,对CVT的中医病名进行初步探讨,初步厘清CVT的相关中医病名范畴。中医病名的确立有利于本病的病因病机、辨证分型、中医药治疗以及中医疗效评定标准等的相关研究,同时为深入挖掘整理中医药防治CVT的传统理论和有效方法提供依据。As a special type of cerebrovascular disease,the incidence of cerebral venous thrombosis(CVT)has increased with the improvement of diagnostic techniques in recent years.This disease comes on form diversity,clinical symptom expression is complex and diverse without specificity.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)lacks a unified understanding of this disease and has not clearly put forward TCM name of the disease.There is no clear record of this disease in ancient Chinese medicine literature.The authors analyzed the symptoms and signs of CVT,combined with ancient medical records,modern literatures and relevant literatures of clinical research on this disease,and conducted a preliminary discussion on the TCM name of CVT according to the principle of naming diseases after symptoms or signs in TCM,so as to preliminarily clarify the category of TCM name related to CVT.The establishment of TCM name of CVT is conducive to the study on the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,TCM treatment and evaluation criteria of TCM efficacy,etc.,which would provide a basis for indepth exploration and sorting out the traditional theories and effective methods of TCM prevention and treatment of CVT.
