鸡16个单核苷酸多态性与肉质性状的关联分析

摘  要:黄羽肉鸡以口味鲜美、营养丰富获得消费者青睐,肉质性状的选择及候选基因的研究一直是黄羽肉鸡选择的重点。本研究根据肉质性状全基因组关联分析研究,获得16个可能影响黄羽肉鸡肉质性状的单核苷酸多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms,SNPs),并与京海黄鸡胸肌与腿肌中的脂肪、蛋白、肌苷酸含量进行关联分析,筛选影响肉质性状的SNPs和候选基因。结果发现:4个SNPs分别与肌肉蛋白和肌苷酸性状关联显著,分别位于1号、3号和4号(2个)染色体上。4个基因中2个为未确定功能的长链非编码RNA(LncRNA),2个为编码基因DACH1和LDB2,这些基因均参与了生长发育的调控。本研究利用显著SNPs对个体进行评分,将有利于京海黄鸡的选育。Yellow-feathered broilers are favored by consumers for their delicious taste and rich nutrition.The selection of meat quality traits and the study of candidate genes have always been the focus of the selection of yellow-feathered broilers.Based on genome-wide association study(GWAS),16 single nucleotide polymorphism(SNPs)were obtained,which may affect meat quality traits of yellow feather broilers.They were correlated with fat,protein and inosine contents in breast and leg muscles of Jinghai Yellow Chicken.SNPs and candidate genes affecting meat quality traits were selected.The results showed that four SNPs were significantly correlated with muscle protein and inosinic acid traits on chromosomes 1,3 and 4(2),respectively.Two of the four genes are long-chain non-coding long-chain RNA with undetermined functions and two are coding genes DACH1 and LDB2.All of these genes are involved in the regulation of growth and development.In this study,significant SNPs were used to score all individuals,which would be helpful to improve the breeding of Jinghai Yellow Chicken.
