摘 要:本试验旨在研究低蛋白日粮添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG)对育肥猪生长性能、屠宰性能和血清氨基酸含量的影响。选用108头体重(88.2±3.8)kg、日龄相近的育肥猪,随机分为3组,即正常蛋白质组、低蛋白组和低蛋白添加0.1%NCG组,粗蛋白质含量分别为13.5%、11.5%和11.6%。每个处理6个重复,每个重复6头猪。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。试验结束后采集育肥猪血液用于测定血清氨基酸含量,屠宰后测定胴体重、屠宰率、第10肋背膘厚度和眼肌面积。结果表明:相比于低蛋白组,添加NCG可以显著提高育肥猪平均日增重;低蛋白补充NCG组血清中的精氨酸含量显著高于低蛋白组;相比于正常蛋白组,低蛋白组有降低育肥猪血清中异亮氨酸含量的趋势(P=0.08),低蛋白补充NCG组有提高血清中蛋氨酸含量的趋势(P=0.09);相比于低蛋白组,添加NCG可以显著降低育肥猪第10肋背膘厚度,有增加第10肋眼肌面积的趋势(P=0.08)。由此可见,低蛋白日粮添加0.1%NCG可以促进育肥猪内源精氨酸的合成,提高育肥猪的生长和屠宰性能。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of N-carbamylglutamate(NCG)on growth performance,amino acid concentrations,and slaughter performance of finishing pigs fed low protein diets.One hundred and eight finishing pigs with similar body weight(88.2±3.8)kg and ages were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal protein group,low protein group,and low protein group supplement with 0.1%NCG.The crude protein levels were 11.3%,11.5%and 11.6%,respectively.Each treatment has 6 replicates and 6 pigs per replicate.The preparation period was 7 days and formal experiment period was 28 days.The results showed that compared with low protein group,the average daily gain in NCG group was significantly increased(P<0.05);The concentration of arginine in the serum of NCG group was significantly higher than that in low protein group(P<0.05);Compared with normal protein group,low protein had the tendency to decrease the isoleucine content in the serum of finishing pigs(P=0.08),and NCG had the tendency to increase the methionine content in the serum of finishing pigs(P=0.09);Compared with low protein group,NCG significantly decreased the thickness of the 10th rib back fat(P<0.05);and had tendency to increase the loin area of the 10th rib eye muscle(P=0.08).This study indicates that supplementation of 0.1%NCG can promote the synthesis of endogenous arginine,and improve the growth and slaughter performance of finishing pigs fed low protein diets.
