摘  要:试验旨在研究能量限饲与补偿生长对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化及生长激素指标的影响。将80头(85±5)日龄、体重(35.30±1.42)kg的杜×长×大三元育肥猪随机分为4组(公、母各半),即对照组、能量限饲10%、20%、30%组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头。限饲期(0~35 d)各试验组自由采食消化能水平为13.69、12.36、10.98、9.60 MJ/kg,补偿期(36~80 d)各试验组均自由采食基础日粮。试验期80 d。结果表明:在限饲期,能量限饲20%组的平均日增重(ADG)较对照组显著降低,耗料增重比(F/G)显著升高;在补偿期,能量限饲20%组的ADG较对照组显著升高,F/G显著降低;整个试验期,能量限饲20%组的ADG、F/G和平均日采食量(ADFI)与对照组无显著差异;35 d,与对照组相比,能量限饲20%组血清甘油三酯(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低,血清生长激素(GH)含量显著升高;55 d,能量限饲20%组血清TG、GH较对照组显著升高,血清总胆固醇(TCH)含量显著降低。可见,在育肥猪生长早期(35 kg)能量限饲20%并在后期给予充分的营养补偿,可提高其补偿期生长速率和饲料利用率,实现全补偿生长,且不会对血清生化指标造成不利影响。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of energy restriction feeding and compensatory growth on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and growth hormone indexes in finishing pigs.A total of 80 fattening pigs with average age 85 d and body weight 35.3 kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 treatment groups(control group,10%,20%and 30%energy restricted group),and each group had 5 replicates with 4 pigs per replicate.The experiment was divided into two stages:the restricted period and compensation period.During the restricted period(0~35 d),each experimental group was free to access to feed with digestive energy levels of 13.69,12.36,10.98 and 9.60 MJ/kg diet respectively;during the compensation period(36~80 d),each experimental group was free to feed basic diet.The experiment lasted for 80 d.The results showed that during the restricted period,compared with control group,the average daily weight gain(ADG)in the 20%energy-restricted group was significantly reduced,and the weight gain ratio(F/G)was significantly increased;Compensation period,ADG in the 20%energy-restricted group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and F/G was significantly reduced.During entire experimental period,ADG,F/G,and daily feed intake(ADFI)in the 20%energy-restricted group were not significantly different from control group.At d 35,compared with the control group,the content of serum triglyceride(TG)and urea nitrogen(BUN)in the 20%energy-restricted group was significantly reduced,and the serum growth hormone(GH)content was significantly increased.At d 55,the serum TG and GH levels in the 20%energyrestricted group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the serum total cholesterol(TCH)content was significantly reduced.The results of this test indicate that 20%energy restriction feeding in the early growth stage(35 kg)of fattening pigs and adequate nutritional compensation in the day after tomorrow can increase growth rate and feed utilization in compensation period,and achieve ful
