摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同植酸磷/非植酸磷比例对22~42日龄肉鸡生长性能、常规养分利用率及氨基酸利用率的影响。试验选择480只21日龄健康肉鸡,随机分为5个处理,每个处理48个重复,每个重复2只鸡。在总磷水平一致(0.65%)的条件下,5个植酸磷/非植酸磷比例分别为0.45/0.20、0.40/0.25、0.35/0.30、0.30/0.35、0.25/0.40,正试期21 d。结果表明:不同植酸磷/非植酸磷比例显著改变了肉鸡42日龄体重、22~42日龄日增重和耗料增重比、氨基酸利用率,对22~42日龄采食量和常规养分利用率无显著影响;随着非植酸磷水平的提高,肉鸡42日龄体重、22~42日龄日增重和氨基酸利用率均呈先升高后降低的趋势,耗料增重比则呈先降低后升高的变化趋势。本试验条件下,日粮中植酸磷/非植酸磷比例为0.35/0.30时,肉鸡得到最佳生长性能;日粮中植酸磷/非植酸磷比例为0.30/0.35时,饲料中养分可得到最佳利用。The objective of this study was to estimate the effects of different ratios of phytate/non-phytate phosphorus on growth performance,conventional nutrient utilization rate and amino acid utilization rate of broiler chicks from 22 to 42 days of age.Four hundred and eighty healthy broilers aged 21 days were randomly allocated to 5 treatments with 48 replicates and 2 chickens for each replicate.With the same total phosphorus level(0.65%),five different ratios of phytate/non-phytate phosphorus(0.45/0.20,0.40/0.25,0.35/0.30,0.30/0.35,0.25/0.40)were designed,and the positive trial period was 21 d.The results showed as follows:the different ratios of phytate/non-phytate phosphorus significantly changed the body weight at 42 days of age,average daily gain and feed/gain at 22~42 days of age,amino acid utilization rate(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake at 22~42 days of age and the utilization rate of conventional nutrients.With the increase of the level of phytate,the body weight at 42 days of age,average daily gain at 22~42 days of age and amino acid availability of broilers increased first and then decreased,while feed/gain decreased first and then increased.When the ratio of phytate/non-phytate was 0.35/0.30,broilers obtained the best growth performance.When the ratio of phytate/non-phytate in the diet was 0.30/0.35,the nutrients in the feed could be used optimally.
