摘 要:为探讨CdS纳米粒子复合对Dawson型磷钨酸盐K6P2W18O62·14H2O电致变色性能的影响,利用层接层自组装法,制备PEI/[P2W18/PEI]n和PEI/[P2W18/PEI-CdS]n(n=10,20和30)复合膜.采用紫外-可见分光光度计监测复合膜增长,扫描电子显微镜表征复合膜形貌,并利用电化学测试方法研究2种复合膜的电致变色性能.研究表明:CdS纳米粒子复合表现出更良好的电致变色性能.层数为20层时,PEI/[P2W18/PEI-CdS]20复合膜性能最佳,其光反差为33.86%,着色/褪色时间分别为1.93和2.24 s,着色效率高达120.09 cm^2·C^-1,并具有良好的稳定性,该复合膜不但保持了磷钨酸盐电致变色材料从无色、淡蓝色到深蓝色的连续颜色的能力,还大大提高了无机电致变色材料的电致变色性能.In order to investigate the effects of CdS nanoparticles incorporated into the electrochromic properties of Dawson-type phosphotungstate K6P2W18O62·14 H2O film, the composite films of PEI/[P2W18/PEI]n and PEI/[P2W18/PEI-CdS]n(n=10, 20 and 30) with different layers have been prepared by layer-by-layer method. The growth and the morphology of the composite films were characterized by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and scanning electron microscope, respectively. The electrochromic properties of the two type composite films were studied by electrochemical test. The results show that the PEI/[P2W18/PEI-CdS]20 composite film with CdS nanoparticles exhibits the best performance with the optical contrast being 33.86%, and the response time for coloring and bleaching being 1.93 and 2.24 s, respectively, and the maximum coloring efficiency being 120.29 cm^2·C^-1 and good stability. The composite film not only maintains the continuous color ability of phosphotungstate electrochromic materials from colorless, light blue to dark color, but also greatly improves the electrochromic performance of non-electromechanic electrochromic materials.
