基于自动测量技术的数控电调滤波器选频数据产生方法

摘　　要：针对数控电调滤波器频率点多,选频数据获取复杂的特点,提出了一种基于计算机编程及接口技术、信息技术、仪器自动测量技术产生选频数据的方法。在进行数控电调滤波器控制电路、内嵌软件和辅助调测软件设计后,将数控电调滤波器和运行辅助调测软件的PC机、矢量网络分析仪利用RS232、LPT和GPIB接口组成闭环系统,通过辅助调测软件自动控制,实现选频数据搜索、数据固化、数据校验、性能验证等功能。使用此方法的数控电调滤波器技术指标满足要求。结果表明:该方法具有自动化程度高、操作简单、误差可控等特点。与传统手工生产方法相比,数控电调滤波器研制成本大幅降低,生产效率提高了50%。In order to meet the characteristic of multi-frequency and selective frequency data which achieve difficultly in application,a method to generate digital controlled electrically tuned filter selective frequency data by advanced computer programming and interface technology,Information Technology,combined with instrument automatic measure technology was presented.After digital controlled electrically tuned filter module that control circuit,embedded software and assisting software were designed.digital controlled electrically tuned filter module,personal computer running assisting software and vector network analyzer were made up closed loop control system by RS232,LPT and GPIB interface.Finally,assisting software by automatic control way can not only data searching,data reconstructing,and data checking,but also performance verification.digital controlled electrically tuned filter module’s technical specification meet the operational requirements.The result shows that the method have the characteristics of highly automated,easily to operate,error controllable and so on.The development cost has been reduction deeply,the efficiency has been improved fifty percent compared with the traditional product method。.
