摘 要:纤维增强型PA66(尼龙66)复合材料由于自身的性能优势和环保价值,近年来在中压开关设备绝缘件中得到一定的应用,但相比于环氧绝缘材料而言仍有较多性能差异。文中从中压开关设备绝缘件性能需求出发,采用高性能的芳香族PA6T6I作为改性材料,研究了PA66与PA6T6I混合比例为3:7、5:5、7:3的多种配方方案,并与纯PA66材料以及环氧材料进行了基本物理特性、机械力学及电气特性以及长期电热老化和蠕变特性试验等方面的特性对比。结果表明,混合比例为5:5的配方具有较为理想的综合性能,是一种理想的环保替代绝缘材料。Due to its own performance advantages and environmental protection value,fiber-reinforced PA66 com-posite material has been applied in insulating parts of medium-voltage switching equipment in recent years.Howev-er,compared with epoxy insulating material,it still has a large performance distance.Based on the performance re-quirements of the medium-voltage switch equipment,we use the high-performance aromatic PA6T6I as the modified material to study the performances of the different mix ratio formula of PA66 and PA6T6I is 3:7,5:5 and 7:3.The mod-ification formula with the pure PA66 and epoxy basic physical properties are compared by testing their mechanical and electrical properties,long-term electric-heat aging property and creep characteristic.The results show that the formula with a mixing ratio of 5:5 has better comprehensive performance and will be an ideal alternative insulation material.
