摘  要:针对40.5 kV真空断路器投切电容器组时重击穿概率高和投切电抗器时多次重燃而引发的过电压问题,采用双断口技术进行无功投切是切实可行的解决方案之一。为此,文中对40.5 kV双断口真空断路器的关键技术进行了深入研究,给出了双断口真空断路器绝缘特性的实验测量方法,获得了均压电容对其工频耐压和雷电冲击耐压特性的影响规律,研究了触头材料对真空灭弧室无功投切性能的影响,完成了专用真空灭弧室和固封极柱的优化设计方案,在此基础上完成断路器整机设计并研制出样机,开展了相关的性能验证试验以满足电力系统的要求。Aiming at the overvoltage problem caused by the high probability of restriking when 40.5 kV vacuum cir-cuit breaker switching the capacitor bank and multiple reburning when switching the reactor,it is one of the feasible solutions to use double-break technology for reactive power switching.Therefore,in this paper,the key technology of a 40.5 kV double-break vacuum circuit breaker was researched.The experimental method for measuring insulating properties was given and the influence law of grading capacitance on power frequency and lightning impulse insula-tion characteristics was obtained.Then,the influence of contact material on the reactive power switching perfor-mance of vacuum interrupter was studied,optimized design of special vacuum interrupter and solid-insulation-em-bedded pole was proposed.On this basis,a 40.5 kV double-break vacuum circuit breaker was developed and the re-lated performance verification test was carried out to meet the requirements of power system.
