摘 要:为提升40.5 kV空气绝缘开关柜触头盒的绝缘水平,采用对触头盒实际发生的绝缘问题进行分析和三相整体电场仿真相结合的方法,明确了触头盒相间搭接处、固定安装处等复合绝缘小气隙的部位为绝缘薄弱点,针对薄弱点进行了相应的结构改进。电场仿真结果表明,在其他结构相同的前提下,对相间小气隙采用新设计的上下面搭接的结构,相比常见的台阶搭接结构,气隙处的最大场强可以降低37.6%;对固定安装处的小气隙,采用人为增大气隙或增加接地屏蔽均能够使电场降低至许可值。制造出了优化后的触头盒并进行了试验验证,验证了改进的有效性,提高了触头盒的绝缘性能。In order to improve the insulation level of the contact box for 40.5 kV air insulated switchgear,the analy-sis of the actual insulation problems of the contact box and the simulation of the three-phase overall electric field are carried out.It is clarified that the small air gap of composite insulation is weakness point,such as the contact boxes overphase lap joint and the fixed installation.And corresponding structural improvements are made to the weak points.The simulation results show that under the premise that other structures are the same,compared with the com-mon step lap structure,adopting the innovative upper and lower lap structure for the small air gap between the phas-es,the maximum field strength at the air gap can be reduced by 37.6%.For small air gap at the fixed installations lo-cation,artificially increasing the air gap or increasing the grounding shield can reduce the electric field to the allow-able value.The optimized contact box was manufactured and tested to verify the effectiveness of the improvement and improve the insulation performance of the contact box.
