摘  要:对在运40.5 kV空气绝缘开关柜用触头盒的典型故障失效机理进行详细的分析,根据在运触头盒存在的设计缺陷并结合运行工况,对现有触头盒进行结构设计改善和环氧树脂材料耐电痕性改善,提出了一种新型双屏蔽触头盒设计方案和相应的绝缘性能评估试验项目与试验方法。根据新设计方案制作的产品,各项性能测试结果都符合设计要求。新型双屏蔽触头盒已量产和投运多年,无任何异常。A detailed analysis of the typical failure mechanism of the contact box for 40.5 kV air-insulated switch-gear in operation is carried out.According to the design defects existing in the contact box and the operating condi-tions,the structural design of the existing contact box is improved and the epoxy resin material has improved track-ing resistance,and a new double shielded contact box design scheme and corresponding insulation performance eval-uation test items and test methods are proposed.According to the new design scheme,all performance test results meet the design requirements.The new double shielded contact box has been mass-produced and put into operation for many years without any abnormalities.
