摘 要:现有特快速瞬态过电压(VFTO)重复击穿仿真模型未考虑隔离开关断口击穿特性,以及弧阻模型不能充分反映电弧动态变化,需开展试验研究来获取。首先,建立252 kV GIS试验平台,进行隔离开关分合闸操作,获取断口击穿特性。对断口进行交直流联合击穿试验研究,提出重复击穿电压曲线试验方法。其次,考虑电流峰值、弧长以及气压等影响因素,结合特快速瞬态过电流(VFTC)的电弧熄弧规律,提出GIS隔离开关双指数型高频电弧电阻模型。之后,基于重复击穿电压曲线以及弧阻模型,建立252 kV GIS回路VFTO全过程仿真模型,采用自适应变步长方法交替进行工频稳态和高频暂态过程计算,实现VFTO的全过程高效仿真,通过试验波形对比验证仿真模型的准确性。最后,采用武汉交流特高压试验基地GIS试验回路进行VFTO全过程仿真,验证了所提仿真方法的适用性。The existing very-fast transient overvoltage(VFTO)repeated breakdown simulation model does not consid-er the breakdown characteristics of the disconnector contact gap,and the arc resistance model cannot fully reflect the dynamic changes of the arc.Therefore,a 252 kV GIS test platform was established in this study to obtain the break-down characteristics during switching on/off a disconnector.The AC/DC combined discharge of the contact gap was tested,and a test method of repeated discharge voltage curve was proposed.Considering such influence factors as cur-rent peak value,arc length and air pressure,as well as the arc extinction law of very-fast transient over-current(VFTC),a double-exponential high-frequency arc resistance model was proposed.Then,based on the repeated breakdown voltage curve and the arc resistance model,the whole-process VFTO simulation model of 252 kV GIS loop was established.Further,the adaptive variable step method was applied to alternate calculations of the power-fre-quency steady-state and high-frequency transient process to obtain an efficient simulation of the whole-process VF-TO.The accuracy of the simulation model was verified by comparing test waveforms.In addition,the GIS test circuit in Wuhan AC ultra-high voltage(UHV)GIS test base was used to simulate the entire process of VFTO,thus the appli-cability of the proposed simulation method was verified.
