摘 要:由于氮气的绝缘性能不如SF_6,所以要保证氮气绝缘开关柜结构紧凑小巧,需要对真空灭弧室的外绝缘特性进行深入研究,寻找一种适用于12 kV氮气绝缘开关柜中的真空灭弧室外绝缘优化方案。文中从研究真空灭弧室优化前的外绝缘特性入手,分析了置于12 kV氮气绝缘开关柜中的真空灭弧室分闸时相间及对地的电场分布。结果表明:电场严重集中于真空灭弧室动、静端盖的圆角,动、静端金属薄层,瓷套的两端部。文中对真空灭弧室的外绝缘结构进行了设计,并基于该优化方案进行电场分析,最后优化后的样机通过了绝缘试验验证。The insulation performance of nitrogen is not as good as SF6,in order to ensure the compact and small structure of nitrogen insulated switchgears,it is necessary to study the external insulation characteristics of vacuum interrupter in depth,and find an optimal scheme for vacuum interrupter external insulation in 12 kV nitrogen insulated switchgears.Starting with the study of external insulation characteristics of vacuum interrupter before optimization,the phase to phase and phase to earth electric field distribution is analyzed when vacuum interrupter is open in 12 kV nitrogen insulated switchgears.The results show that the electric field is heavily concentrated in the round corners of the moving and static cover,thin metal layers at the moving and static ends,and two ends of ceramic shells of vacuum interrupters.In this paper,the external insulation structure of vacuum interrupter is designed,and the electric field is analyzed based on the optimized scheme.Finally,the optimized prototype has passed the insulation test verific ation.
