摘  要:GIS电缆终端内部存在复杂的复合界面和电场应力集中现象,是高压电缆线路的故障多发部位。目前各种局部放电检测技术由于传感器频带的差异,其适用范围、抗干扰性能等存在一定区别,致使GIS电缆终端的缺陷检出率较低,不利于现场综合诊断。文中首先分析了特高频、高频、超声波局部放电检测方法的检测原理以及应用于GIS电缆终端放电缺陷检测的适应性,并提出了适用于GIS终端现场局放检测的综合诊断方案。然后针对四川某110 kV电缆线路的一处GIS终端异常放电缺陷,进行了近一年的跟踪监测,并利用文中所提出的诊断方案进行了联合诊断。文中采用高频局放检测对GIS电缆终端进行了长期的监测分析,确定了放电缺陷类型和缺陷所在的相序;在超声波检测无异常放电信号的情况下,采用特高频检测法对缺陷源进行了精确定位分析。最后通过对电缆终端进行解体分析,验证了缺陷放电源定位分析的准确性和有效性,为GIS电缆终端的缺陷诊断提供了典型的状态检测示范,为电缆终端的状态检修提供了坚实支撑。Due to the complex compound interfaces and electric field stress concentration,GIS cable termination is the position with high fault rates in high voltage cable line.At present,the frequency bands of sensors for various par-tial discharge detection technologies are different,application scope and anti-interference performances are differ-ent,and these lead to the detection rate of GIS cable termination defect is relatively low which goes against the com-prehensive diagnosis in field application.In this paper,detection principles of ultrahigh frequency(UHF),high fre-quency(HF)and ultrasonic partial discharge(PD)detection technologies and the adaptation of these technologies to GIS cable termination were discussed,and a combined diagnosis scheme was given which suited the termination well in field application.Then an abnormal discharge defect of a GIS termination of 110 kV cable line in Sichuan Province had been tracked and monitored for nearly one year,and combined diagnosis was carried out with the given scheme.HF partial discharge detection was used to determine the defection type and identify the defection phase.Considering no abnormal discharge signal was detected through ultrasonic detection,UHF partial discharge technol-ogy was used to locate and analyze the discharge defect.Finally,the accuracy and validity of location analysis for PD source were verified through the dissection analysis which provided a typical case for the defection diagnosis of GIS cable termination,and this supported condition maintenance of cable termination strongly.
