摘 要:背隙是影响行星齿轮减速器传动精度、传动效率和稳定性的重要因素。针对减速器背隙检测过程中存在的加载转矩不精准、自动化程度不高、兼容性不强等问题,采用精密伺服系统和扭矩传感器相结合的二级闭环系统,实现了输入端扭矩的精准加载;设计了结构合理、应用灵活的机械结构,提高了检测的兼容性和操作性;开发了PLC软件控制系统,实现了加载、测量和数据处理的自动化。通过对检测装置的不确定性分析,该装置能较好地完成煤矿和冶金行业中等精度的行星减速器的背隙测量。Backlash is an important factor affecting the transmission accuracy, transmission efficiency and stability of planetary gear reducer. Aiming at the problems of inaccurate loading torque, low automation and poor compatibility in the process of reducer backlash detection, a two-stage closed-loop system combining precision servo system and torque sensor was adopted to realize the accurate loading of input torque. The reasonable structure and flexible mechanical structure were designed to improve the compatibility and operability of detection. The PLC software control system was developed, which realizes the automation of loading, measuring and data processing. Through the uncertainty analysis of the detection device, the device can better achieve the back gap measurement of planetary reducer with medium precision in coal mine and metallurgy industries.
