摘 要:齿轮胶合作为齿轮常见失效形式之一,极大地影响齿轮使用寿命。以某型一级圆柱齿轮为研究对象,分析了齿轮胶合的主要影响因素,基于专业齿轮仿真软件MASTA对齿轮胶合特性进行仿真,并对润滑油、齿轮微观修形、摩擦因数等因素对齿轮胶合特性的改善进行研究。仿真结果表明:齿轮发生胶合时,齿轮胶合温度、最大接触温度、最大闪温比较高,对齿轮齿面产生破坏进而影响齿轮使用寿命;使用性能优良的润滑油、齿轮微观修形及减小齿轮之间摩擦因数对齿轮胶合特性进行改善,从而提高齿轮使用寿命。该研究为齿轮胶合特性的改善、寿命的提高提供理论依据。Scuffing has been one of the common failure modes of gear,which greatly affects the service life of gear. A certain type of cylindrical gear has been regarded as the research object,the main influence factors of gear scuffing have been analyzed,and the gear scuffing characteristics have been simulated based on the professional gear simulation software MASTA, the effects factors of gear scuffing characteristics such as lubricating oil,gear micro-shape modification,friction coefficient have been studied to improvement gear scuffing characteristics. The simulation results show that the gear are scuffing,the gear scuffing temperature, maximum contact temperature, and maximum flash temperature are relatively high,which damages the gear tooth surface and affects the service life of the gear;using excellent performance lubricating oil,gear micro-shape modification and reducing friction coefficient can improve the scuffing characteristics of the gear,thereby increasing the service life of the gear. The research provides a theoretical basis for the scuffing characteristics and service life improving of the gear.
