采煤机截齿不同安装角下截割性能分析

摘  要:采煤机截齿的安装角度是影响煤炭开采效率的重要因素。为了研究不同切向安装角下的采煤机截割性能,对采煤机截割原理进行分析,并以此为依据构建采煤机截齿截割过程的力学模型。采用Pro/E构建切向安装角为40°、45°和50°时的截齿煤岩模型,分别导入ABAQUS中,并根据仿真流程依次设置参数进行仿真计算。仿真结果显示,切向安装角为50°时,截齿受到的侧向力最小,截割性能最好。The installation angle of the shearer pick is an important factor affecting coal mining. In order to study the cutting performance of the shearer under different tangential installation angles,the cutting principle of the shearer was analyzed,and a mechanical model of the cutting process of the shearer pick was build based on this. Pro/E was used to construct the pick coal rock models with tangential installation angles of 40° 、45° and 50° which are imported into ABAQUS, and the parameters were set in sequence according to the simulation process for simulation calculation. The simulation results show that when the tangential installation angle is 50°,the lateral force on the pick is the smallest and the cutting performance is the best.
