摘 要:为实现沿空留巷无反复支撑支护装置结构的进一步优化,提升其可靠性及使用效果,以ZLQ2826/22.5/38单跨式支撑装置为研究背景,采用SolidWorks和ANSYS Workbench对其关键元部件横梁进行了多目标优化研究。最终优化后横梁质量减少了181.3 kg,等效应力降低了12.46 MPa。现场实践表明,支撑装置优化设计方案合理,在装备结构稳定的基础上有效控制了巷道顶板下沉,可以满足沿空留巷安全支护要求。In order to optimize the structure of supporting device without repeated support in gob-side entry,improve its reliability and use effect,taking ZLQ2826/22.5/38 single span supporting device as the research background,SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench were used to study the multi-objective optimization of its key component beam. After optimization,the mass of the beam was reduced by 181.3 kg and the equivalent stress was reduced by 12.46 MPa. The field practice shows that the optimal design scheme of the supporting device is reasonable,and the roof subsidence of the roadway is effectively controlled on the basis of the stable equipment structure,which can meet the requirements of the safety support of the gob-side entry retaining.
