摘　　要：针对神东矿区采煤机截割电机检修入井后频繁出现故障,以神东锦界煤矿为例,对8台采煤机截割电机进行了分析,并结合神东采煤机维修车间现有的维修技术制定了有效的防范措施,为后续维修的采煤机截割电机质量提供了可靠的技术保障。Aiming at the frequent fault of the shearer cutting motors of Shendong mine area after entering the well,taking Shendong Jinjie coal mine as an example,eight shearer cutting motors were analyzed and combined with the existing Shendong shearer repair workshop maintenance technology,developed effective preventive measures to provide a reliable technical guarantee for the quality of the shearer cutting motor for subsequent maintenance.
