摘 要:针对煤流运量和各种阻力特性对带速变频控制效果的影响,设计以S7-1500 PLC和ACS5000变频器为硬件组成、采用模糊PID优化算法的带式输送机变频控制系统。利用Profibus-DP主从通信在线监测煤流运量和运行状态,由模糊算法整定PID参数补偿阻力变化对带速的影响。该系统根据煤流运量和阻力变化对带式输送机的带速进行优化,有助于节能降耗,提高带式输送机的运输效率。Aiming at the influence of coal flow and various resistance characteristics on the effect of belt speed frequency conversion control, belt conveyor frequency conversion control system has been designed,which takes S7-1500 PLC and ACS5000 frequency converters as hardware components and adopts fuzzy PID optimization algorithm. Profibus-DP master-slave communication was used for online monitoring of coal flow and operating status, PID parameters were adjusted by fuzzy algorithm in order to compensate for the impact of resistance changes on belt speed. This system can optimize the belt speed of the belt conveyor according to the change of coal flow and resistance, which is helpful to save energy and reduce consumption, and improve the transportation efficiency of belt conveyor.
