刘建秋治疗支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎经验

摘　　要：简述刘建秋教授临床应用疏风截敏固本方治疗支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎的经验。刘建秋教授认为,支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎的病机可责之于"宿痰内伏,外邪引动,发而为病",治则上应注重治病求本,表里同治,未发应"先安未受邪之地",解表同时应注意顾护正气,防止病邪入里传变。在治疗上,因"外邪犯肺,上先受之",且患者多素体本虚,故提倡"肺鼻同治","肺脾肾同治",以成"疏风解表,益气祛痰"之效。自拟疏风截敏固本方即为刘师在多年临床实践基础上结合选方用药经验而成。临床每化裁用之,多得效验,故此值得深入探讨与研习。This paper briefly introduced the clinical experience of Professor LIU treating bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis. Professor LIU Jianqiu argues that the pathogenesis of thebronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis is‘exogenous pathogenic factors acting on internal phlegm which causes disease’,treatment should lay stress on exploring the primary cause,treating both exterior and interior,safeguarding the places that having not been suffering evils firstly,protecting the vital Qi while relieving the exterior,preventing severe pathogenic factor invades the interior of the body and getting mutation. Based on the theory that upper respiratory tract infection usually causes pulmonary diseases and the constitution of patients is usually root deficiency,Professor LIU advocates treating lung and nose together and lung,spleen and kidney together and treats the disease with‘dispelling wind and relieving exteriorsyndrome,expelling phlegm and supplementing Qi’ method. Self-made Shufeng Jiemin Guben Decoction is the experienced formula of Professor LIU. According to modification,it has achieved favorable clinical effect,which deserves further exploring and guide-studying.
