补肾活血方联合骨化三醇治疗绝经后骨质疏松症对骨密度及骨代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探究补肾活血方联合骨化三醇治疗绝经后骨质疏松症对骨密度及骨代谢指标的影响。方法选取该院2017年6月—2018年12月收治的绝经后骨质疏松患者260例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=130)和观察组(n=130)。对照组给予骨化三醇治疗,观察组在此基础上联合补肾活血方治疗,两组均连续治疗2个月。统计两组治疗后临床疗效;比较两组患者治疗前后不同部位骨密度水平、骨代谢水平和VAS评分变化。结果治疗后观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组腰椎正位、股骨颈及股骨粗隆骨密度显著高于治疗前和对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组骨型碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)水平明显高于治疗前和对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分、Ⅰ型前骨胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论补肾活血方联合骨化三醇可有效缓解绝经后骨质疏松症患者的疼痛症状,改善骨代谢水平,增加骨密度,提高临床总有效率,且疗效明显优于单纯使用骨化三醇,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with calcitriol on bone mineral density and bone metabolism in postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods A total of 260 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were divided into control group( n = 130) and observation group( n = 130) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with calcitriol,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction on this basis. Both groups were treated continuously for two months. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed,and the changes of bone mineral density,bone metabolism and VAS scores in different parts of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae,femoral neck and femoral trochanter in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and those of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of BALP and BGP in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and those of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the VAS score and PINP in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with calcitriol can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,improve the level of bone metabolism,increase bone mineral density and improve the clinical total effective rate,and the clinical efficacy is significantly better than that of using calcitriol alone,which is worthy of clinical application.
