摘　　要：疼痛是很多疾病的伴随症状,十分困扰患者,并被列为人体的第五大生命体征。现代医学针对疼痛的方法有限,而且效果一般,使用药物治疗,会出现耐药、副作用等问题,经常令临床医生感觉特别棘手。文章从络病理论着手,分析疼痛,并结合眼针疗法对症治疗,文章根据中医血脉瘀阻,不通则痛;脉络失养,不荣则痛的疼痛病机,并结合络病理论,提出运用眼针疗法以活血行气,通络止痛对症治疗,为疼痛的中医诊疗提供了新的思路和方法。Pain is a symptom of many diseases,very troublesome to the patient,and it is listed as the fifth largest vital sign of the human body. Modern medicine has limited methods for pain,and its effect is general. Drug treatment can cause problems such as drug resistance and side effects,which often make clinicians feel particularly difficult. This article started from the theory of collage disease,analyzed pain,and combined eye acupuncture therapy to treat symptoms. According to traditional Chinese medicine theory that pain can be caused blood stasis or lack of nourishment,this paper put forward the use of eye acupuncture therapy to promote blood circulation and relieve pain and provided new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of pain.
