摘 要:针对硫化矿山炸药自爆危险性判定过程中影响因素的不确定性和模糊性等问题,将集对分析理论引入硫化矿山炸药自爆危险性评价领域。首先确定硫化矿石含水率等10项评价指标和分级标准,构建4元联系度集对分析模型;然后结合主、客观赋权法,计算各评价指标的组合赋权权重,并引入集对分析模型;最后运用组合赋权-集对分析模型对4座硫化矿山样本炸药自爆危险性进行评价,并根据计算出的硫化矿山样本加权平均联系度,确定硫化矿山炸药自爆的危险性评价等级。结果表明:该模型的评价结果准确,能有效地解决硫化矿山炸药自爆危险性判定过程中影响因素的不确定性和模糊性等问题,可用于高硫矿山炸药自爆的危险性评价。In view of the characteristics such as uncertainty and fuzziness of influencing factors in the process of explosive self-explosion risk evaluation in sulfide mines,this paper introduces the set pair analysis theory into explosive self-explosion risk eveluation of sulfide mines.Firstly,the paper determines 10 evaluation indexes and classification criteria,such as water content of sulfide ore,and constructs a 4-element connection degree set pair analysis model.Then the paper calculates the combined weight of each evaluation index by combining subjective and objective weights,and introduces the weights into the set pair analysis model.Finally,the paper uses the combined weighting-set pair analysis model to evaluate the explosive self-explosion risk of four sulfide mine samples,and determines the risk grade of the self-explosion of the explosive in the sulfide mine according to the weighted average connection degree of the sulfide mine samples.The results show that the model has accurate evaluation effect,can effectively solve the uncertainty and fuzziness of influencing factors in the process of evaluation,and can be used for evaluating the selfexplosion risk of the high-sulfur mine explosive.
