摘　　要：重点大学制度变迁存在不同程度上的路径依赖,且在整体的制度变迁中伴随着一些制度性冲突。诸如表征不明显的制度性隐性规则、制度性失衡、制度性“黑箱”游戏等一系列问题,这些问题在不同程度上制约着重点大学制度的进一步深化与创新。本文在品鉴胡炳仙《重点大学建设对一般高校发展的影响——制度规约与组织生存》一书的基础上,进一步挖掘我国重点大学制度建设中存在的问题,并提出了建议。There are different degrees of path dependence in the institutional change of key universities,and there are some institutional conflicts in the overall institutional change,such as inconspicuous institutional hidden rules,institutional imbalance,institutional black box game and so on,which restrict the further deepening and innovation of the key university system to varying degrees.Based on HU Bingxian's“The Influence of Key University Construction on the Development of General Colleges and Universities”,this paper further excavates the problems existing in the system construction of key universities in China,and puts forward some suggestions.
