硝酸甘油湿热敷加按摩配合负压穿刺在小静脉穿刺中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察硝酸甘油湿热敷加按摩配合负压穿刺法在小静脉穿刺中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年12月我院收治的60例门诊输液患者为研究对象,所有患者均行小静脉穿刺,电脑随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规静脉穿刺,观察组给予硝酸甘油湿热敷加按摩配合负压穿刺法,比较两组小静脉穿刺相关指标、穿刺效果。结果:观察组静脉穿刺成功时间、血管充盈时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一次穿刺成功率(96.7%)、患者满意度(93.3%)均高于对照组(66.7%、70.0%),液体渗漏率观察组(3.3%)低于对照组(16.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝酸甘油湿热敷加按摩配合负压穿刺应用于小静脉穿刺,操作简单,成功率高,且能够缓解疼痛,可临床推广。Objective:To observe the application effect of nitroglycerin wet hot compress plus massage combined with negative pressure puncture in venipuncture.Methods:60 cases of outpatient transfusion patients in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent venipuncture,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine venipuncture,while the observation group was given nitroglycerin wet hot compress plus massage combined with negative pressure puncture.The related indexes and puncture effect of venipuncture in the two groups were compared.Results:The success time of venipuncture and vascular filling time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the one-time puncture success rate(96.7%)and patient satisfaction(93.3%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(66.7%,70.0%),and the liquid leakage rate in the observation group(3.3%)was lower than that in the control group(16.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nitroglycerin wet hot compress plus massage combined with negative pressure puncture applied to venipuncture has the advantages of simple operation,high success rate,and can relieve pain,which can be popularized in clinic.
