广昆布滴眼液治疗玻璃体变性混浊之飞蚊症的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察广昆布滴眼液治疗玻璃体变性混浊之飞蚊症的临床疗效。【方法】将68例玻璃体变性混浊之飞蚊症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例。观察组患者给予广昆布滴眼液局部滴眼治疗,对照组患者给予沃丽汀口服治疗,疗程为3个月。观察2组患者治疗前后临床症状积分、裂隙灯检查积分、眼部B超检查积分的变化情况,评价2组患者的临床疗效和安全性。【结果】(1)治疗3个月后,观察组的总有效率为82.4%(28/34),对照组为61.8%(21/34);组间比较,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的临床症状积分、裂隙灯检查积分、眼部B超检查积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组在治疗3个月后的临床症状积分、裂隙灯检查积分、眼部B超检查积分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)在观察随访过程中,2组患者均未出现眼红眼痛、视网膜脱离、玻璃体出血等眼部不良反应,也未出现心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能损伤等全身严重不良反应。【结论】广昆布滴眼液与沃丽汀均能改善患者的玻璃体变性混浊之飞蚊症,但广昆布滴眼液的疗效更好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guangkunbu Eye Drops for the treatment of floaters of vitreous degenerative opacity.Methods Sixty-eight patients with floaters of vitreous degenerative opacity were randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with Guangkunbu Eye Drops externally,and patients in the control group were given oral use of Iodized Lecithin Tablets.The treatment course for the two groups covered 3 months.Before and after treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms,slit lamp examination scores,and ocular B-ultrasonography scores in the two groups were observed.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety in the two groups were evaluated.Results(1)After treatment for 3 months,the total effective rate of the observation group was 82.4%(28/34)and that of the control group was 61.8%(21/34).The intergroup comparison showed that the clinical efficacy of the observation group was superior to that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms,slit lamp examination scores,and ocular B-ultrasonography scores in the two groups were obviously decreased in comparison with those before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the scores of clinical symptoms,slit lamp examination scores,and ocular B-ultrasonography scores of the observation group were markedly lower than those of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)During the trial and the follow-up period,no ocular adverse reaction of ocular congestion,ophthalmodynia,detachment of the retina,or vitreous hemorrhage in the two groups occurred,no severe general adverse reaction of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases or hepatic and renal injury in the two groups was found,either.Conclusion Both Guangkunbu Eye Drops and Iodized Lecithin Tablets exert certain effect for relieving floaters of vitreous degenerative opacity,and Guangkunbu Eye Drops are more effective.
