摘  要:【目的】评估含4种质量黄芩苷的缓释膜对重度慢性牙周炎龈沟液的体外抑菌效果,为临床应用提供指导。【方法】比较含黄芩苷0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 g的缓释膜体外降解率,参照纸片扩散法观察不同缓释膜对重度慢性牙周炎龈沟液的体外抑菌情况。【结果】黄芩苷含量与缓释膜降解率相关度较弱;4种缓释膜均抑菌,其中含黄芩苷2.0 g的缓释膜抑菌圈直径最大、7 d内直径变化最小。【结论】缓释膜降解率与黄芩苷含量无显著相关。含黄芩苷2.0 g的缓释膜抑菌作用与抑菌稳定性最优,含1.5 g的次之。Objective To evaluate the antibacterial effect of sustained-release membranes containing 4 different contents of baicalin against gingiva groove liquid flora of severe chronic periodontitis in vitro for providing clinical guidance.Methods The degradation rates of sustained-release membranes containing 0.5,1.0,1.5,and 2.0 g of baicalin were compared.The effects of the different sustained-release membranes on inhibiting bacteria in gingiva groove liquid at the bottom of periodontal pocket of severe chronic periodontitis were observed by referring to disk diffusion method.Results The correlation between contents of baicalin and degradation rates of sustained-release membranes was weaker.The sustained-release membranes containing 4 different contents of baicalin all had antibacterial effect,in which the diameter of the antibacterial ring in sustained-release membranes containing 2.0 g content of baicalin was the largest,and the changes within 7 days were the smallest.Conclusion The degradation rates of sustained-release membranes have no significant correlation with baicalin contents.The antibacterial effect of sustained-release membranes containing 2.0 g of baicalin and the stabilities of antibacterial rings were best,next 1.5 g of baicalin.
