摘　　要：对近年来采用功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)研究中药及针刺治疗抑郁症效应机制的相关研究进展进行综述。中药及针刺治疗抑郁症有较好的临床效果,但其药效靶标及疗效机制仍不明确。fMRI是目前脑影像领域较常用的一种非损伤性的活体脑功能检测技术,可为探究中医药治疗抑郁症的疗效机制提供思路和方法。近年来,采用fMRI研究中药及针刺治疗抑郁症的效应机制主要通过分析经中药及针刺治疗后,抑郁症患者的脑区之间的功能连接及局部脑区活动指标如局部一致性、低频振幅值的变化,从而评估其机制。目前采用fMRI对探索中医药治疗抑郁症效应的研究还比较局限。分析结果提示,结合fMRI阐明中医药调控神经系统疾病脑功能网络及神经环路的内在机制,符合中医药治疗的整体观念,也可使中医药疗效评价体系更加深入和客观。The progress in the therapeutic mechanism research of Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture for the treatment of depressive disorder studied by functional magnetic resonance imaging in recent years was reviewed.The certain therapeutic effects of Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture for the treatment of depressive disorder have been widely recognized,but their efficacy-targets and their therapeutic mechanisms still remain unclear.Functional magnetic resonance imaging is a commonly-used kind of non-traumatic in vivo technology for the detection of cerebral function in the field of cerebral imaging,which can provide thoughts and ways to explore the antidepressant mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,the therapeutic mechanism research of Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture for the treatment of depressive disorder studied by functional magnetic resonance imaging is focused on the analysis of the changes in the parameters of cerebral functional connectivity(FC),regional homogeneity(ReHo)and amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation(ALFF)of local brain area.The present anti-depressant research of traditional Chinese medicine studied by functional magnetic resonance imaging is still relatively limited.Therefore,it is suggested that functional magnetic resonance imaging could further elucidate the mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine on regulating brain network and neural circuit,which accords with the holistic concept in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,and can make the efficacy assessment system of Chinese medicine more profound and objective.
