中医药辨治结肠息肉的研究进展

摘　　要：综述近年来中医药辨治结肠息肉的研究进展。结肠息肉中的腺瘤性息肉被认为具有恶变的高度风险,故积极防治结肠息肉可有效预防结肠癌的发生。结肠息肉可归属中医学中的"息肉""肠覃""肠澼"等范畴,其病因与饮食不节、起居失常、情志不畅等有关,痰、浊、瘀、滞为结肠息肉的病理因素,脾虚湿滞为结肠息肉的主要病机。中医药疗法如中药辨证施治、中药保留灌肠、针灸、穴位埋线等均对治疗结肠息肉有效,可降低复发率,减轻症状。目前关于中医药治疗结肠息肉的临床研究报道尚少,多数仅局限于临床观察,故今后需开展大样本前瞻性研究以提供更可靠的临床证据。The progress in the research of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment for colonic polyps in recent years was reviewed.The adenomatous polyps of colonic polyps is considered as the high risk of becoming malignant,and early prevention and treatment of colonic polyps are effective for the preventing the occurrence of colon cancer.In the field of traditional Chinese medicine,colonic polyps can be classified into the categories of polyps,abdominal mass,bloody stool,etc..The etiological factors of the colonic polyps involve improper diet,irregular daily living,and emotional disorder.Phlegm,turbidity,blood stasis,and stagnation contribute to the main pathological factors of colonic polyps,and the primary pathogenesis of colonic polyps is due to spleen deficiency with dampness retention.Traditional Chinese medicine therapies such as oral use of Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation,retention enema with Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,and acupoint catgut embedding are effective for the treatment of colonic polyps by decreasing the recurrence rate and relieving the clinical symptoms.Till now,clinical reseorch of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment for colonic polyps is still scarcely reported,and most of the reports are related with the clinical observation.Therefore,more large-size sample prospective trials will be urgently needed for supplying reliable clinical proof of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment for colonic polyps.
