摘  要:阐述了发动机涂料产品类型、工艺情况和环保整改要求,对比分析了低VOCs含量的高固含溶剂型涂料和水性涂料的性能及其涂装工艺的优缺点,并从水性漆的技术可行性、涂装工艺可操作性、环保后处理整改、配套设施整改和企业效益等方面对发动机涂装水性化技术的可行性进行了论证。In this paper,the product types,process conditions and environmental protection rectification requirements of engine coatings were described. The performance and advantages and disadvantages of low VOCs content high solid content solvent based coatings and water-based coatings were compared and analyzed. Moreover,the water-based engine coating technology was demonstrated from the aspects of technical feasibility,coating process operability,environmental protection post-treatment rectification,supporting facilities rectification and enterprise benefits.
