摘　　要：医用制氧系统主要由空压机、制氧机和氧气储罐等部件组成,在医用制氧系统实际运行时每一个组成部分都有可能发生质量问题,包括轻微的质量偏离和严重的质量事故。为此,回顾总结医用制氧系统最常见的质量问题,包括空压机的温度过高和皮带断裂、制氧机的进气欠压、漏气、回流不畅以及氧气储罐的检修等,了解并掌握处置常见的质量问题,并前摄性地采取预防措施,将有助于更有效的管理和维护供氧系统的正常运行,确保安全用氧。Medical oxygen generating system is mainly composed of air compressor unit,oxygen generator and oxygen storage tank and so on.In the actual run,each part of medical oxygen generation system might occur possible quality problems,which included mild quality deviation and serious quality accident.Therefore,the review and summary on the common quality problems of medical oxygen generation system,which included the excess temperature and belt breakage of air compressor,the under-voltage of air inflow,air leakage and obstructed reflux of oxygen generator,as well as the check and maintenance of oxygen storage tank and so on,and the understanding,grasping and disposing the common quality problem,and perspective adopting prevention measures would contribute to more effectively manage and maintain the normal operation of oxygen supply system and ensure safely use of oxygen.
